Whats with the subject? I dunno, it was the first word that came into my head when I was reading my last journal title...'Sel(l)otapes her face into a smile!'???

Yeeees, my page is looking differentttt... why? because Ive actually UPDATED IT!!! It feels so lovely!

Whaaaaaaaa??? Don't look at me like that!!! *fiddles* I know I've neglected my account for a while but really its not my fault! Its the ESSAYS FAULT! *points at a mountain of books and papers occupying the living room corner*


Aaany wayyyy, I wanted to talk about the new (well sorta) mannequin project I've been building up...(u mite be sick of seeing mannequins take over my gallery...well TOUGHLUCK!) However, you'll be happy to know that Mannequins wont be the only things I'll be photographing for the rest of my life, I will EVENTUALLY move on, however, I do find my self QUITE ADDICTED!? Anyway, the point of this journal was for me to tell you the idea behind the project, yes, its not just addiction, it goes far deeper than that...*Buahahahaha* Ahum.

PROJECT TITLE : HOMUNCULI/( or LIFE BEHIND THE GLASS CASKET) - couldn't decide yet...

PROJECT BRIEF: "Once upon a time, in a land far, far away… there was an evil king who ordered his people to sculpt the human form without a heart. All the best sculptors in the country came together and created a ‘Homunculi’ – a seemingly perfect creature without a heart. Upon the king’s order, the Homunculi was replicated in different forms and locked up into great big glass caskets and displayed on the streets as a tribute to his eminence and glory.

Every night, a Shaman woman would come and play to these beings; every night the Homunculus would slowly slip into reality, and every night the feeling of fury and humiliation would begin welling up inside them. Until one day, they decided to rise up against humanity."

I've tried to reflect this in the images but I dunnooo, let me know what you think or if you have any idearz. I have some other (Darkroom ) prints to scan - text on image. Lets see when I'd ACTUALLY be able to upload them...but oh wellz...bare with me please...still have two more STUPID ESSAYS to write up! This is ANYTHING BUT a HOLIDAYYY!!!
